Description
Collects court-ordered child, spousal, and partner support, and enforces as needed.

Service provides:

  • an intermediary or go-between for the collection and transfer of court-ordered child, spousal, and partner support payments owed by one party to another
  • online and after-hours automated telephone service for access to file information

Payments are:

  • accepted from the payor
  • forwarded to the recipient once funds have been processed by Maintenance Enforcement Program (MEP)

Yes, Service targeted to:
  • individuals involved in a child, spousal, or partner support program
  • individuals that have a court order or agreement for spousal support
Application Process
Service Access: Registration Required, To access service:
  • visit website for registration packages
  • submit completed registration packages by mail
Registration should include:
  • a court order for maintenance, or a signed agreement
  • an Affidavit of Arrears and Calculation Worksheet (if arrears are being claimed)
  • direct deposit form for the recipient (if the recipient is the registrant)
  • authorized bank withdrawal form (if the payor is the registrant)
