- counselling and basic life-skill development
- individualized support plans based upon the clients personal needs and goals
- end goal of the program is to achieve permanent and stable housing
- referrals for clients with complex needs
- activities such as cooking bingo, movies, employment workshops and budgeting

- fleeing violence
- experiencing challenges with mental wellness, addictions or other barriers
