Provides information and promotes public awareness of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.

Service provides:

  • information and education on the issue of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias

Includes:

  • public presentations for family, community groups, corporations, service clubs, and health care communities
  • information, education, and support for individuals living with dementia and their care partners at any stage of the disease, with ongoing follow up and support throughout the course of the disease progression
  • Alzheimer Awareness Month activities
  • workshops for professionals
  • resource library open to the general public that offers books, videos, brochures, and fact sheets
