Service provides:

  • the serving of documents for the Crown's office and other police agencies

Serves a variety of documents within the city of Edmonton, including:

  • subpoenas to witnesses for criminal court matters for Edmonton Police Service (EPS) and other police agencies
  • summonses for the Crown's office and probation
  • Bylaw Offence Notices for City of Edmonton Bylaw
  • Civil Restraining Orders where there is a Peace Officer shall serve clause
  • disclosure documents for the Crown's office
  • photo radar summonses
  • violation tickets for EPS front counter members

Affiliation: Partnered with Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and other city police, Alberta Community and Social Services, Edmonton Remand Centre, Edmonton Young Offenders Centre, Fort Saskatchewan Correctional Centre, and Edmonton Institution.
