- an 18 week online employment-focused program involving 8 weeks of skills training and 10 weeks of work experience, for individuals with a self-disclosed disability
Training includes:
- communication skills
- stress management
- resumes
- interview skills
- computer skills
- standard first aid / cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) / Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)
- food safety
- service best
- job search activities and individual certificates such as Proserve, as needed by participants
