Adult Services

Service offers:

• community supports for adults with developmental disabilities

Includes:

• Home Supports - a community home made up of 1 to 5 people, with varying levels of supports based on the person's needs, up to 24 hours a day
• Independent Living Services (ILS) and Independent Client Support (ICS) - supports based on individual needs which tend to focus on increasing social support networks, budgeting, completing application forms, assistance with medial appointments, and assistance with landlords
• Adult Placement / Proprietorship - matches individuals with a proprietor, who will provide support up to 24 hours a day
• Out of Home Respite

• 18 years and older
• with a developmental disability

• referral required from Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD)

There may be a wait list.

There may be a monthly user fee and optional program fees.
