Provides legal information (not legal advice) in French and in English that is confidential and free to all Albertans.

Service provides:

  • free and confidential legal information, guidance, and support services remotely in both official languages
  • Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public services

Provides legal information and referrals but not legal advice. There are no lawyers at the Centre, only information officers. Clients can be referred to a bilingual lawyer near their residence whose specialization corresponds to their needs, or other organizations.
