Description
Offers a weekly gathering space, in-person and online, for youth.

Service provides:

  • a weekly social gathering space, both in-person and online, for pre-teens to young adults
  • the opportunity for individuals to plan recreational activities with guidance from relief care specialists
  • activities to improve decision-making skills, increase independence, and increase participation in and inclusion in the group and community

Intended outcomes include:

  • making new friends

  • trying new activities

  • learning social skills

  • with special needs such as language and learning delays, disorders, and physical and developmental delays
  • and with a confirmed funding source
