- Yes, Service targeted to individuals with low income as determined by the following guidelines:
- 1 person - $35,000.00 or less
- 2 persons - $45,000.00 or less
- estates of deceased persons
- bankruptcy
- self-employment
- capital gains or losses
- employment expenses
- business or rental income and expenses including farms
