Provides a program for youth to reside independently in the community or in shared accommodations with a mentor.

Service offers:

  • access to safe and affordable housing
  • education and employment resources
  • support to develop money management and life skills
  • connections to community resources
  • recreation and leisure activities
  • Trinity Place for pregnant or parenting youth
  • Triwood low-income apartments for youth in need of affordable housing
