COVID-19 UPDATE: Suicide Grief Support Services are being offered online and through phone support. Provides group support for anyone who is grieving a loss to suicide.

Service offers:

  • support to anyone who is grieving a loss to suicide

Includes:

  • 3 self-contained, closed-group program modules: Emotional Regulation; Guilt, Shame, and Self-Compassion; Beliefs and Values
  • opportunities for participants to reflect and explore how these factors relate to their grief journeys
  • a drop-in problem solving support group with loosely structured session content and a focus on offering support to those waiting to begin a module, wanting to augment their participation in group, or for whom the group is not a good fit

Also offers An Evening to Remember, an annual memorial to remember loved ones lost to suicide.
