Provides assistance to families in accessing essential health, education, and social programs for their children through Jordan's Principle.

Service offers:

  • access workers who identify children's needs and link families to appropriate resources through Jordan's Principle

Resources include:

  • Health: assessments, audiology, behavioural therapy, dental care, medical / mobility supplies and equipment, mental health services, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, registered massage therapy, sensory items, speech and language therapy, wheelchair ramps
  • Education: assistive technology and electronics, education assistants, psycho-educational assessments, tutoring services
  • Social: land-based activities, personal support worker, respite care (individual or group), services from Elders and Knowledge Keepers, specialized programs based on cultural beliefs and practices
