  • counselling services for students
  • helping to cope with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, substance abuse, and sexual violence
  • overcoming barriers such as test anxiety
  • virtual workshops including preventative stress management, grief and loss, and self-care
  • referrals to other campus resources or providers in the community
