- Children who will be staying more than one night in hospital after surgery go to this unit to get ready for surgery.
After checking in at the registration desk, you and your child will be greeted by a pediatric nurse who will begin getting your child ready for surgery. When it is your child's turn for their operation, your nurse will let you know.
