Provides assessment, treatment, follow up care and education for patients with Pulmonary conditions / disease.

The Pulmonary clinic provides diagnostic assessment treatment and follow up care for patients with Pulmonary conditions or disease. Conditions seen may include:

  • general respirology
  • asthma
  • chronic obstructive pulomary disease
  • shortness of breath
  • chronic cough
  • post COVID
  • interstitial lung disease
  • cystic fibrosis
  • pulmonary hypertension
  • allergies
  • sleep disorders
  • lung transplant
  • tuberculosis
  • hereditary hemorrahagic telangiectasia
  • pleural effusion (Royal Alexandra Hospital)
  • interventional pulmonary medicine (Royal Alexandra Hospital)

Key Provider: doctors, educators, nurse practitioners (NPs), respiratory therapists (RTs)
Eligibility
Yes, Referrals are for patients 18 years of age or older.
Application Process
Service Access: Professional Referral Required, Referrals are sent directly to the physicians offices. It is recommended to include a past medical history, current medication list and any tests that are not included on netcare. Clinic occurs once month on a Friday from 12:30-PM - 3:30 PM. Schedule is based upon Physician's availability.
