  • settlement services to newcomers to Canada in public libraries in Edmonton, Strathcona County, St. Albert, and Fort Saskatchewan

Includes:

  • information sessions, workshops, and orientation on selected topics such as community resources
  • referrals to community and government resources
  • referrals to appropriate social services
  • interpretation to newcomers faced with language barriers
  • solution-focused counselling
