Provides community based information and support on living with Huntington Disease (HD).

Service offers:

  • information about Huntington Disease (HD) and its impact¬†
  • assistance with the management of HD in the home and community
  • information on community resources
  • advocacy for individuals with HD and their families
  • short term assessment and counselling
  • support groups, and weekly day activities for affected individuals, caregivers and family members
  • educational presentations for community groups and professionals
