• presentations and workshops on mental health and suicide prevention
• bereavement support groups

Includes:

• Grief and Loss Program, providing presentations and workshops on grief, information and resources, group support, and 1-on-1 support to individuals and families dealing with some form of crisis, loss, trauma, or every day stress
• Suicide Prevention Program, offering community presentations and training on topics related to suicide (including Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training workshops), 1-on-1 support, and community wide campaigns focusing on prevention / intervention / postvention, and awareness
• GAP Counselling Program, providing counselling, support, education, referrals, and advocacy, with a focus on crisis intervention and solution-focused therapy, and the opportunity for a follow up appointment to further explore and manage crises
