Provides assistance in identifying newcomer needs and offering programs, services, and resources to support their settlement and integration into Canadian society.

Service offers:

  • a platform for newcomers to meet with settlement workers to discuss settlement needs
  • access to needs assessment and referrals to document translation services, language training programs, education and employment skills training, and job search support
  • community connection programs, including English Conversation Group and New Friends Group for Women

Affiliation: Partnered with Calgary Catholic Immigration Services, Calgary Immigrant Women's Association, and Immigrant Services Calgary.
