Offers youth navigators to work with youth to support them in dealing with challenges in their lives, access services, and help make connections to culture and community in order to live a healthy lifestyle.

Service provides:

  • youth navigators to work with youth to support them in dealing with challenges in their lives, access services, and help make connections to culture and community in order to live a healthy lifestyle
Includes:
  • one - to - one support with youth navigator / mentor
  • assistance returning to school, as well as accessing community services and supports
  • opportunities to engage in group and recreational activities 
  • opportunities to connect to cultural identify and participate in cultural ceremonies 
Affiliation: Partnered with Child and Family Services.
