NOTE: COVID-19 UPDATE- SERVICE DELIVERED VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM. CONTACT FOR DETAILS VIA PHONE OR EMAIL Provides support, education and information to help people learn how to cope with the emotions relating to a relative or friend living with a mental health condition.

Service offers:

  • counselling
  • a weekly peer support drop in group
  • telephone support
  • Capable Carers, an 8 week psycho-educational group which provides education about mental health conditions, self-care, setting limits, problem solving, stress management, and managing emotions when a loved one has a mental health condition
  • Recovery College Courses for family and friends supporting a loved one with a mental health or substance use concern with a customized program to find balance, acceptance and hope
