Provides virtual or in-person mental health education program sessions for adult community groups, workplaces and organizations

Service offers:

  • online 15 to 90 minute workshops tailored to meet the unique needs of diverse schedules and work structures featuring the key topics of "Stress Management and Healthy Coping" and "Mental Health Awareness"
  • presentations pertaining to mental health awareness, stress management, suicide prevention and more
  • suicide awareness presentations focusing on recognizing suicide risk among peers, encouraging individuals to seek help, and reducing the stigma of suicide
