- Provides assessment and treatment for adults who have a speech, language, voice, or swallowing disorders.
This service provides assessment and treatment for:
- communication
- rehabilitation
- fluency and swallowing disorders
- neurological / degenerative diseases such as ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease)
- make sounds correctly / reduce stuttering
- thinking skills (like memory, problem solving, and verbal reasoning)
Services are available at outpatient hospital clinics, community health centres, patient's homes and continuing care / long term care centres.
