Service offers:

  • crisis line counselling services available 24 / 7
  • up to 20 hours of confidential support with a mental health professional
  • support offered in a wide variety of areas including:
    • work-related issues
    • health concerns
    • family and marital problems
    • psychological difficulties
    • bereavement
    • other issues that affect well-being
