Provides various classes and social activities to help older adults get to know Calgary, make friends and have an active lifestyle.

Service offers:

  • language supportive counselling
  • referrals to necessary community resources and services
  • basic language and practical life skills through facilitated conversations
  • computer classes, civic education and fitness classes
  • social groups such as knitting and reading clubs to form support networks
