Description
Support groups for individuals and their families dealing with bipolar affective disorder, depression, anxiety and schizoaffective disorder.

Service offers:

  • peer support meetings for individuals, family members, friends or community members seeking to gain information and knowledge
  • additional support, networking and resources for family members
  • work related solutions meeting focusing on issues in the workplace
  • community information sessions and presentations

NOTE: Due to COVID-19 all meetings will be hosted online.
