  • bowling
  • Bridging Paths - offers social and recreational programs in Fort Saskatchewan and Sherwood Park such as pottery, art classes, fitness training, coffee meets, and more
  • Community Linking Choir
  • drama group
  • fitness - an opportunity to improve fitness levels, learn about fitness equipment and program at the facility, and meet new people
  • walleyball - a game played on a 4-walled court with rules similar to volleyball
  • floor hockey
  • Fun with Fitness - offers a variety of low-impact fitness activities such as aerobics, weight training, and walking
  • hatha yoga
  • Meditation Through Movement
  • Venture Out - an opportunity to stay active, have fun, and learn new skills through activities such as yoga, archery, fitness walking, cross-country skiing, and mountain biking
  • walking club
  • Art Mentorship Society of Alberta (AMSA) art classes - create a project and explore your artistic side through various art mediums
  • swim
  • Leisure Education - meet with a Recreation Therapist and peers to explore what social, recreational, and leisure options are available
