Description
Offers various programs and activities for Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer / questioning, and more (2SLGBTQ+) youth and young adults.

Service provides:

  • a variety of programs and activities for Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer / questioning, and more (2SLGBTQ+) youth and young adults

Includes:

  • QueerOUT - a weekly safe space for queer, trans, non-binary and gender diverse youth to engage in fun activities, make friends, and find support
  • information and referral support
  • Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA) Roundtable - online gathering for kindergarten to grade 12 students, GSA sponsors, and school staff only; access information and support for GSAs or guidance on how to start one

Affiliation: Open Mic / Spoken Word in partnership with Youth Empowerment and Support Services (YESS).
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • Two Spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer / questioning, and more (2SLGBTQ+) youth and young adults
  • 12 to 24 years
Eligibility may vary depending on program. All programs aim to be wheelchair accessible and youth of all abilities are welcome.
