  • assistance from a law student caseworker acting under the supervision of advising lawyers

May assist with the following issues:

  • contracts
  • bailment / personal property
  • debt / collection agencies
  • employment / wrongful dismissal
  • sale of goods / consumer law
  • social services
  • Workers Compensation Board (WCB) hearings and appeals
  • Canadian Pension Plan (CPP) appeals
  • Employment Insurance (EI) hearings
  • student appeals
