- front desk services assisting with form completions, government applications and referrals to community resources
- support groups to assist individuals engage and participate in social activities
- computer enhanced literacy programs
- English literacy program - Stepping Stones to assist individuals learn and practice English skills
- interpretation services offered by trained interpreters to help individuals access services
- tax assistance for eligible participants unable to complete taxes on their own
