- Description
- Provides special eye examinations and consultations for children with vision and/or ocular motor problems, e.g. strabismus (lazy eye or squint). Also provides ongoing follow-up for children with medical conditions which can affect the eyes, e.g. diabetes, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, neurofibromatosis, and genetic problems.
Services provided include:
- Pediatric strabismus and surgery
- Ocular genetics
- Pediatric cataract and surgery
- Pediatric glaucoma and surgery
- Pediatric nasolacrimal obstruction and surgery
Subspecialty clinics include the following:
- Orthoptist led clinics for assessment and follow up treatments
- Neuro-Ophthalmology clinics
