- Health For Two Network (Hf2NET) is a virtual service for pregnant people who need extra support to have a healthy pregnancy.
This program provides free services that support throughout pregnancy and up to 2 months postpartum to people who require extra support to have a healthy pregnancy.
Services offered include:
- education on pregnancy, birth, baby care and parenting (including pregnancy and parenting options)
- support and referrals to community supports (such as maternity care, mental health, addictions, housing, food security)
- resources may include grocery coupons and prenatal vitamins
Health for Two is delivered in all Public Health Centres in the Edmonton Zone and over 60 different Community locations.
Affiliation: Public Health Agency of Canada and in-kind support from over 60 community agencies.
