  • cross-cultural professional development training to human service providers
  • workshops to assist community organizations, institutions, and businesses to respond positively to persons of diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds

Goals include:

  • better understanding and managing diversity in the workplace
  • further reducing barriers to newcomers
  • responding more positively to persons of different linguistic and cultural backgrounds¬†
