- Rent Smart - this program supports people's efforts to find and keep their housing, and provides skills and knowledge to be great tenants; this is a 6 week program (2 hours each week) and participants receive a certificate upon completion
- Ready to Rent - a condensed course of 3 hours that covers the information provided in the Rent Smart workshop
