Offers an early intervention crime prevention project for Asian-Canadian youth.

Service provides:

  • an early intervention crime prevention project for Asian-Canadian youth to promote a safe and healthy community through recreational and educational activities

Includes:

  • weekly youth programs on Saturday afternoons
  • homework tutorial classes on Saturday mornings
  • drop-in support groups on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Affiliation: Funded by City of Edmonton - Family and Community Support Services.Key Provider: volunteers
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • 11 to 15 years
  • who are immigrants / families with low income
  • and who are not involved with the criminal justice system
