Service offers:
- combination of pre-employment training and work experience program
- programs for women with backgrounds in accounting, administration, and finance
- computer skills enhancement and job search support
- Canadian workplace preparation and pronunciation enhancement
- one-on-one career planning along with mentoring support
- free childcare for participants and first language support
- Eligibility
- Yes, Service targeted to
- Immigrant women who are permanent residents or refugees living in Calgary
- unemployed or underemployed
- Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 or higher, with post-secondary education
- participants require one of the followring:
- foreign professional background in accounting and/or finance
- foreign professional background in administration and/or customer service
