  • 24/7 telephone and online chat service for individuals needing counselling or crisis support
  • crisis line available 24/7 for individuals in crisis
  • support for a variety of experiences, challenges, and issues, regardless of their size
  • online chat counselling services
  • culturally sensitive support and information that is non-judgemental, respectful, and trauma-informed
  • counsellors can provide follow up services
