Service offers:

• new toys / gifts that are donated, collected, wrapped, and delivered to less fortunate children in Edmonton by volunteers

For delivery of new toys / gifts:

• an adult needs to be home to receive the toys
• delivery of gifts occurs over 2 days - December 12 and 13, 2020
• volunteers are unable to provide a specific day or time of delivery due to the large number of toys being delivered

Client walk-in days program available if they apply too late for delivery. Note: for 2020, an appointment MUST be made:

• bring government-issued identification for every member of the family receiving something
• bring proof of Edmonton residence (such as a lease or bill)
• provide information regarding your combined household income

• City of Edmonton residents
• 12 years and younger
• in families with low incomes

• apply between October 19 and December 6, 2020 for home delivery of gifts through an Edmonton social service agency or social worker (with home the family is connected)
• if family does not have a connection with a social service agency or social worker, they can apply by calling the Christmas Bureau directly starting October 19, 2020 or www.christmasbureau.ca/needhelp

• bring government-issued identification for every member of the family receiving something
• bring proof of Edmonton residence (such as a lease or bill)
• provide information regarding your combined household income
