- Offers an online course for parents or guardians who are separating or getting a divorce to help them better understand legal processes and make positive choices about how to continue to parent while living apart.
Service offers:
- Parenting After Separation (PAS) course for parents or guardians who are separating or getting a divorce that is sometimes required, or can be taken voluntarily
- Parenting After Separation for Families in High Conflict (PASHC) course for parents or guardians who have completed the PAS course
Course is required:
- before you file a divorce application or a Family Law Act application in the Court of King's Bench
- if a justice directs you to take it
