Offers an online course for parents or guardians, going through separation or divorce, about the legal process of separation or divorce, and how to focus on what your children need.

Service offers:

  • Parenting After Separation (PAS) course for parents or guardians who are separating or getting a divorce that is sometimes required, or can be taken voluntarily
  • Parenting After Separation for Families in High Conflict (PASHC) course for parents or guardians who have completed the PAS course

Course is required:

  • before you file a divorce application or a Family Law Act application in the Court of King's Bench
  • if a justice directs you to take it
