Service provides:

  • social, cultural, and recreational programming for seniors

Includes:

  • art classes - creative writing, quilting, studio art, knitting and stitching, and scrapbooking
  • fitness classes - yoga and total body fitness
  • social activities - weekly informal coffee gatherings and a monthly luncheon
  • Toonie Talks - a series of presentations on various topics
  • health and wellness - workshops on various topics
  • technology tutorials - how to use computer hardware and programs such as e-mail
  • general interest - Spanish for Beginners, book clubs, and games
  • special events - Japanese Tea Ceremony, Carrot Cake Day, and Pancake Day
  • a book room with low-cost books
  • and more
