Provides short-term accommodation and support for women in crisis and their children.

Service offers:

  • a shelter for women and their children fleeing abuse, and women in crisis

Includes:

  • short-term accommodation
  • counselling, outreach, and follow-up support
  • walk-in assistance
  • public education
  • transportation to appointments and to the shelter if necessary

The number of clients the shelter can accommodate is more restricted at this time. Additional safety protocols in place.

Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
  • women
  • 18 years and older
  • with or without dependent children
  • in crisis or fleeing abuse
