Service provides:
- the support of a third party, neutral mediator to create a safe place for people in a dispute to have a discussion and explore how to resolve a conflict
- free, confidential, and voluntary mediation services
Topics of conflict to resolve include:
- neighbourhood - property boundaries, pets, noise
- family issues - aging parents, parenting plans, blended families
- parent and teen - curfews, chores, dating
- community groups - parent / sport team disputes, not-for-profit volunteer boards
The average mediation session is 2 hours with additional sessions scheduled if necessary.
