- Provides homes for children and youth who are unable to live with their own families.
Service offers:
- alternate living arrangements for children and youth 18 years and younger
Includes:
- access to psychologists, youth workers, and placement co - ordinator supports
- psychological and educational assessments
- supports from staff and foster parents who ensure that the individual, social, educational, emotional, and physical needs of the children and youth are met until they are able to return home, are adopted, or have arranged another permanent situation
- developing positive relationships and living skills
