Description
Provides community based early intervention initiative supporting youth who are at risk of gang involvement.

Service offers:

  • teams, consisting of a police officer and a registered social worker, who work closely with youth, their families, schools and community agencies
  • development of an individualized support plan that is family centered in order to decrease the likelihood of gang involvement
