Operates off of a waiting list prioritized based on need.

Security deposit is 1 month's rent. Park View Manor rents are: 1-bedroom suite is $740.00; 2-bedroom suite is $900.00. Water, sewer, heat, garbage pick-up, and parking included in rent. Tenant responsible for electricity, telephone satellite TV, and internet. Folkstone Manor rents are tiered based on income: water, sewer, heat, and garbage pick-up are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity, telephone, cable television, internet, and parking fees. Surface and underground parking is available on site.
