Includes:
- Calgary Transit Low Income Monthly Pass - monthly transit passes at a reduced rate for eligible adults and youth
- Low Income Seniors Yearly Transit Pass - annual transit passes at a reduced rate for eligible older adults
- Property Tax Assistance Program - offers a property tax credit or rebate for low income homeowners
- Recreation Fee Assistance - subsidized access to registered programs and admissions to aquatics, arts, fitness, and leisure centres, golf courses, and program partners
- Seniors Services Home Maintenance Program - home maintenance services (grass mowing, snow removal, and light house cleaning) for individuals 65 years and older living on lower fixed incomes with little or no family supports
- No Cost Spay / Neuter Program - free spay / neuter services for eligible cats for adult pet owners
- Calgary Parking Low Income Market Permit - a reduced Market Parking Permit rate for low income applicants who live in large multi - residential buildings that are located in a Residential Parking Zone
- High-Speed Low-Cost Telecom Services Program - access to low-cost Rogers Communications telecommunication services, including high-speed internet, TV bundles, or wireless services

- Canada Revenue Agency: Notice of Assessment (The combined total income from line 15000 for all adult household members is required.)
- Letter from a Registered Social Worker (RSW) (used as a last resort and one-time only)
