- affordable housing and community supports in agency-owned-and-operated housing facilities
Includes:
- Westwood Manor - a 20-unit permanent supportive housing initiative that serves men and women with a history of chronic homelessness through a harm reduction model; residents can access support staff on site 24 / 7
- Open Door Manor - a 16-unit, semi-supportive apartment facility to participants who are reintegrating into society after incarceration
- Prairie Manor - 85 affordable housing units with wrap-around supports
