Outreach Home Support

Service offers:

• housekeeping and outreach services for community members

Includes:

• supports tailored to each client's particular needs and abilities
• supports that enable clients to remain independent in their own homes
• year-round light housekeeping that clients may access on a weekly or monthly basis
• assistance in the spring and fall to help clients with heavier cleaning chores within the home

• who are chronically ill
• who are living with mental / physical disabilities
• or recovering from an illness / operation and meet income eligibility guidelines

Subsidies may be available depending on income.
