• information and referral on programs and services available in the area including family violence and bullying

• support and referral for families to access resources such as income support, parenting groups, counselling, and other services
• support and referral for youth to access resources such as mental health, addictions, counselling, and other services
• family life education workshops related to everyday issues facing families and individuals
• community development assistance to individuals, groups, and agencies to develop projects and programs that address social issues
